At THAZ KIDS, we pack every order with care and ship with love from Karkal, Karnataka.
*1. Processing Time*
- All orders are processed within *24-48 hours* (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- During sale / Eid / festive season, processing may take up to 72 hours.
- You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp / Email once your order is packed.
*2. Shipping Partners & Coverage*
We ship across India via Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and other trusted courier partners.

- We currently do not ship internationally. For international queries, WhatsApp us at [Your Number].
*3. Delivery Time*
- Karnataka & South India: 2-4 working days
- North / Central India: 4-7 working days
- Remote areas / North-East: 5-8 working days
Delivery time starts after dispatch, not order placement.
*4. Shipping Charges*
- *Free Shipping* on orders above Rs. 999/-
- Flat Rs. 69/- shipping charge for orders below Rs. 999/-
- COD charges: Extra Rs. 50/- for Cash on Delivery orders (if available).
*5. Order Tracking*
Once shipped, you will receive tracking ID via WhatsApp / SMS / Email. You can track at [www.thazkids.com/track] or on the courier website.
*6. Cash on Delivery (COD)*
- COD available for orders up to Rs. 2500/-
- Please keep exact amount ready. Our delivery partners do not carry change.
*7. Delays*
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier issues, or incorrect address/pincode. THAZ KIDS is not responsible for courier delays, but we will help you track it.
*8. Incorrect Address*
Please double-check your address, phone number, and pincode at checkout. If an order is returned due to wrong address, we will re-ship after collecting re-shipping charges.
*9. Damaged / Lost Parcel*
If your parcel is damaged in transit or lost:
- Share unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery

We will replace or refund after verification with the courier partner.
