THAZ KIDS is a kids clothing brand based in Karkal, Karnataka, India, selling apparel for newborns to 14 years. Our website [www.thazkids.com] is owned and operated by THAZ KIDS

*2. Eligibility*

By placing an order, you confirm you are 18+ years and legally capable of entering a contract. All purchases for minors are made by parents/guardians.

*3. Accounts*

- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account password.

- You must provide accurate name, address, phone, email.

- We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud or misuse.

*4. Products & Pricing*

- We try our best to display accurate colors, sizes, and prices. Slight color variation may occur due to screen resolution and lighting (especially for maroon, red, pastel shades).

- Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

- We reserve the right to change prices, cancel promotions, or cancel any order if pricing error or out-of-stock occurs.

*5. Orders & Acceptance*

- Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance after payment verification.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Full refund will be issued in such cases.

- Custom, name-printed, or size-altered orders cannot be cancelled after stitching starts.

*6. Payments*

- We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets via Razorpay / PhonePe / Cashfree etc., and Cash on Delivery (where available).

- COD orders may require OTP verification and extra charge of Rs. 50/-.

*7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds*

Our Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund policies form part of these Terms. Please read them on our website.

*8. Intellectual Property*

All content on this website - including photos, videos, logo, designs, text, and product images (including THAZ KIDS logo) - is owned by THAZ KIDS. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

*9. User Content / Reviews*

If you post reviews, photos of your kids wearing our clothes, you grant us permission to use them for marketing on our website, Instagram, WhatsApp. We will never share personal details of your child.

*10. Prohibited Use*

You agree not to:

- Use our site for illegal activities

- Try to hack, copy, or damage our website

- Post abusive or false reviews

*11. Limitation of Liability*

THAZ KIDS liability is limited to the value of the product ordered. We are not liable for any indirect loss, courier delays, or allergic reactions to fabric (please check fabric details before purchase).

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Any disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Udupi / Mangalore, Karnataka.
